Colin McBride
This trip to Japan is an exciting opportunity for our team to experience international competition and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. By traveling abroad, our players gain firsthand insight into how baseball is played in other countries, how local athletes train, and what the game means within different communities.
From games against local teams to exploring the vibrant cities of Tokyo and Osaka, our players will have the chance to develop their baseball talents while enjoying the rich history and unique culture of Japan.

Since then, Yumezo has been dedicated to creating pathways for Japanese players—high school, college, and professional—to compete and develop in the U.S. He has also worked at the professional level as a Japanese interpreter, including with the Seattle Mariners during the 2020 season in support of right-handed pitcher from Japan, Yoshihisa Hirano. Yumezo currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, and provides bilingual (English/Japanese) on-the-ground support for teams traveling between Japan and the U.S.
